We saw manatees frolicking every morning in the mangrove trees while sipping coffee on the balcony. David was very professional and a responsive host, especially since we arrived shortly the duo of hurricanes hit the area so we had no idea what to expect. While the property was clean, the condition of the property was average - some of the lights in the kitchen did not work and in one bedroom, we could not even turn on the lights. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and paper towels while we were there and had to purchase more. While we were there, we were under the impression that we would be able to walk to the beach and swim. Unfortunately, the beach was closed for swimming (it was more like a bay and it looked polluted) and more of a 15 minute walk.
