We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $60/per pet/per stay fee as well as a weight limit of 35lbs. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them. SECURITY \- Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. We've created this listing to bring people together, we want you to enjoy our space for the entire length of your visit. Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please be courteous and dispose of cigarette waste accordingly and not in the yard or plants. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? That can sometimes be arranged if our schedule permits it, but please check with us first as fees may apply. Place all trash in the designated trash receptacles only. Please limit sound level between the hours of 10 PM and 8AM. A gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. You may be asked to leave without refund of any kind for the second. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in the trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. Please do not flush anything other than your waste and the toilet paper that we've provided. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :) We understand that accidents happen; but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folks and will accommodate whenever possible. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules. Always lock all doors and windows before you leave as you will be held responsible for any missing items. You must also acknowledge pet(s) or guests that own pets have stayed on property; therefor pet hair or dander may still be present even after cleanings. While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put any dishes or kitchenware used into the dishwasher or sink, place any dirty towels in the tub, and take all trash to the provided receptacles. The interior is beautiful and very clean and had most of the amenities that were advertised. The unit is very close to a bunch of great restaurants and to the downtown area and the riverwalk. The exterior of the house was not as nice as I thought it would be. One thing to keep in mind with this property is it is advertised with a washer and dryer, I thought it would been in the unit, but it is not. It is a community washer and dryer and is costs money to use. But overall the unit was great and I do recommend it. ##### Janice M. Séjour de 6 nuits en février 2022 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Stephen K. 1 févr. 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Absolutely terrible host and help from VRBO It was absolutely terrible. They were unresponsive, unhelpful and did less then the bare minimum to help with problems that arose. 1\. We have roaches. 2\. The thermostat had such a low battery that it stopped working. 3\. The shower/tub backed up or something and poop/sewage water started bubbling from the drain. 4\. The toilet stopped working and was backed up to the point of over flowing. I raised all of these issues and only one was solved. The battery in the thermostat was replaced. We were unable to bathe or pee/poop in the VRBO for over 2.5 days. The host did not provide a phone number and stopped replying to emails I sent asking for help. VRBO would not help until the 4th day where I just had enough and was ready to get legal support. The entire place smelled of sewage and I have called VRBO over 25 times, spent 10 plus hours calling in, explained my case each time, was transferred over 30 times and ended up wasting precious time on my trip just hoping that someone would be held accountable and we would be housed somewhere where we could as least shower. I was literally on the phone at theme parks and events trying to reach someone that could help so we would have a place that was safe to sleep. I absolutely DO NOT recommend VRBO let alone this host. ##### Stephen K.
