A unique 3 bedroom bungalow, recently renovated to meet the necessities of modern living. The home includes 2 queen beds, a pullout couch and a futon, comfortably sleeping 6. \-A short walk to Coppertail brewery (one of our favorites) \-also with in walking distances to dozens of 7th avenues historic restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked and the rooms were nice and comfy. This property was super clean and the backyard was the perfect setting for some quality family time from outdoor dining to wonderful conversations while enjoying some adult beverages. It was a nice central location with easy access to the state fairgrounds, beaches and downtown entertainment area. This property would be the perfect place to stay in advance of a cruise as the cruise ship terminal is close by and easy to reach. While I was a bit unsettled about the neighborhood it turned out to be a perfectly safe area with no issues. The host, Andrew, was extremely responsive to our needs. For example, the grill ran out of propane during our stay and he promptly had the tank replaced. I would happily return again. ##### Steven L.
