GREAT LOCATION. On West Shore Blvd (note: the road itself is busy, even late at night). Close to everything. Uber was easy to use. We were visiting my family, who lives in Beach Park Isles, and it was an easy 15 minute walk there. The property itself is very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. Once the outdoor furniture arrives, there is a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. Jermaine could not have been a better host - very responsive to the few issues we did have during our stay. We were at the property over Christmas and did make use of the kitchen - it could use some additional items to make using the kitchen easier - we have made those suggestions to Jermaine and have no doubt he will address them. We are looking forward to staying at this property again when we return to Tampa! ##### Alix R.
