Place was clean and the common area was a nice place to hang out. A lot of golf courses were less than 30 minutes away from the place because the highway was very accessible. They provided a hand mixer, per my request which was very thoughtful. The place was a little smaller than I had hoped for. If you are on the bottom level, be aware that you can hear every footstep and movement from the folks on the top level. That was discouraging and annoying because they were really loud. Lastly, saw a bug in the kitchen and we weren't able to catch it. Overall, it was a nice home. Thank you Mevon for answering all my questions. ##### Shauntell S. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were very conscientious and responsive to requests. We were in town for a wedding and the house was a perfect fit for us. We were close to Ybor City amenities and microbreweries, which my son found appealing. It was a strategic location for easy access to freeways and The Florida Aquarium. We walked several mornings to La Segunda bakery. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and had the basics for cooking. The gas grill was a plus as we like to cook and grill. I enjoyed sitting on the porch. My husband loved the big screen TVs in the great room and the bedrooms. I highly recommend this place. ##### NJ S. The location is a little...rough (but being improved!), and there was road construction on the weekdays of our stay, but the property is very secure and well-lit.
