Short drive to everything! Quaint 1BR apartment fully independent from main house with separate entrance. Completely stocked with what you need for your home-away-from-home, whether you're here for a weekend or a few months! Perfect space for small groups or traveling business professionals alike. Kitchen has a dual hot plate to make things in a skillet or pot, a toaster oven with toast, broil, and bake functions, and Instant Pot. The comfy king bed is great for 2 people. We do have a sofa bed in the living room available for stays of 3-4 people. However we must mention it is not the kind with a pullout mattress, rather the couch itself extends out and raises up as you can see in the photos. If you aren't a fan of a firm bed, you might want to rock paper scissors your friend for the king bed! Other Details to Note: ^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $30. ^Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided, along with toothpaste in case you forget yours! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products. ^This apartment is fully independent from the main house which may have other guests in it during your stay. ^During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site to take bins down to the street.
