Welcome to this serene and modern single-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a quiet Riverview neighborhood. Each bedroom features a queen bed and ample storage—one with a walk-in closet and the other with a standard closet. Enjoy 1,516 sq ft of well-appointed space including a cozy living room with a 55” smart TV and streaming access, a dining area that seats four, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, rice maker, and all the essentials to prepare meals. Step outside to a private patio with seating for two—perfect for coffee or quiet conversation. Central air, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades provide a cool and restful atmosphere. Washer and dryer are available for guests staying five or more nights. One bathroom includes a bathtub and bidet for added comfort. Please note: This home is not set up for daily remote work, though moderate laptop use at the dining table is fine. Guests will have full access to the home including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, and the outdoor patio. Driveway parking is free. Garage use is optional for an additional fee. Laundry is available for stays of 5+ nights. We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available via the VRBO app to answer questions or offer assistance. All adult guests (18+) are required to submit a valid photo ID before check-in.
