🏠 This perfect short-term rental home has all of the excellent amenities you have been searching for for a perfect getaway!   
  
Featuring an incredible heated salt pool, this house will be an excellent choice for any rental occasion.   
  
Our large, tri-level home will sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Freshly painted and updated throughout will keep you relaxed and entertained throughout your entire stay.   
  
We welcome last-minute bookings, and we are available for questions 24/7!   
  
This is an unusually large house for Tampa, boasting almost 2,000 sq feet of heated living space! Not only is it big, but it is also highly functional as it features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms for everyone to enjoy!   
  
In the lower level, you will discover a fun game room equipped with a brand new pool table that can also act as a ping pong table!   
  
Additionally, you will discover a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub on the lower level.   
  
On the main level, you will find a large living room with a brand new couch, 60-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a stunning dining table that seats 8!   
  
Don't forget to check out this amazing and fully equipped kitchen that bolsters freshly painted kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances!   
  
Moving on to the third level of the house, you will enjoy the remaining three bedrooms of the property and two additional full bathrooms.   
  
This house is fully stocked and furnished with great mattresses, bedding sheets, smart TV in every bedroom, and much, much more!   
  
Of course, the focal point of this beautiful home is the huge backyard with a beautiful custom in-ground pool.   
  
As a courtesy to all of our guests, this pool is heated all year long up to 85 degrees! Not only is it heated, but it is also a saltwater pool, which means less irritation to your skin and eyes.   
  
In the backyard, you will discover comfortable furniture to relax in, a grill, complimentary propane, and even an outdoor TV.

For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!  
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.
