This 300 sq. ft. studio apartment is centrally located in the popular South Howard Ave. (SOHO) entertainment district. It is just steps away from South Tampa's top restaurants, bars, nightlife and upscale shopping.  
  
During your stay you will have access to:

The space  
This newly remodeled studio is on the ground floor of a newly constructed three-story townhome. It has its own private entrance through an outdoor courtyard and is completely private and walled off from the rest of the townhome.

\- Full-size refrigerator

The studio was also built with sound reducing window inserts and walls to reduce the noise from the nearby nightlife so you are sure to rest well.

This apartment is walking distance to so many staple attractions in Tampa. You are 1.4 miles from Amalie arena, downtown Tampa, and Bayshore!
