La cuisine manquait d’accessoires pour faire des repas simples (ex.: rien pour égoutter les pates). Sinon le déjeuner était très bon et nous avons apprécié nos repas au restaurant Corazon (en particulier le poulet à la lime). Le quartier est cependant peu animé, pas de magasin et peu d’épicerie. Mais nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Valet parking is way too expensive when there are numerous garages in the area for 1/3 price. Blow dryer was junk. Furniture in living space had stains all over. First time staying at a Hyatt in a long while, not eager to ever return.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. The room was immaculate and extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Everyone, from the valet people to the front desk to the guy collecting the trash left by people on the hallway. This is definitely my go to hotel next time I’m in Tampa again.

The room is very spacious and nice. The pull out bed is not good so I suggest not using that as an extra bed for an adult. A young child would be fine. The restaurant is nice and good food but service needs to improve as in checking with diners they go missing for a very long time and make you sit or hunt them down. . The staff is great and very helpful. I do really like this place.

We waited over 5 hours for our rooms to become available even though we requested early check-in. While waiting, staff approached us in seating area and accused us of being squatters. She didn't believe we had reservations. This ruined the entire experience.

The property is in a good location and close to the Port. The rooftop pool was very nice. It would be better to add a bar to serve drinks and appetizers.

This property was amazing. We will be back. The restaurant could use some work, however we were there during a super busy time and wait time was explained to us before ordering. The food was just blah but drinks were good! Take time to utilize the pool and the fire pit in the evening!

Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Service was great! Complimentary breakfast is awesome! We didn’t know we had to pay daily for parking, but the valet service was speedy and friendly. It was convenient. So many places to go. Highway accessible. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Very nice staff. No bath tubs in any rooms we got eventhough our rooms said we had a shower bath tub and that was disappointing. Great morning buffet and great restaurant on site. Pool was only 4ft deep.

It was a really nice hotel and the rooms were nice and very clean! Also the hotel staff was very nice and courteous! I like how it was close to the highway and Tampa Port! My friend and I stayed for one night. We were there for a friends Birthday Brunch on Starship Cruise.

The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. I did choose this hotel partly because of the included breakfast. I went to the breakfast room 30 minutes before the end time and there was no food left.
