The location is great, close to everything! We wanted a fun place to stay without driving to the beach. This home was close to both of my kids and our friends that live in the area. Very relaxing, with the pool, hottub and sauna! Comfortable beds and best part for my husband, standing fans in each room!! He was thrilled!! Our teen boys enjoyed the pool daily and the hot tub was a great addition for us all to end the day. Close enough to everything and everyone we wanted to see and less than 30 minutes to and from TPA. Everything was clean and well stocked for meal prep. Plenty of pool towels, bath towels, and washcloths. A plus for drawer space and hangers. Had a huge barred owl and a yellow bellied slider turtle visit the yard and saw a gator sunbathing near a neighbor's dock. Very cool place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The property manager was very communicative, and friendly. The property was clean, quiet, had every thing you could possibly think of in a home away from home, and we all had fun! Our children could have lived in the pool and on the slide. The hot tub was perfect for my husband and I in the evenings while the boys were swimming or in bed for the night! The projector and recliners were a bonus if you enjoy watching movies like we do!! The location was perfect about 15 to 20 mins from the outlet mall, 45 mins ish to honeymoon island and about an hour to treasure island!
