Ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation car j’ai book avec expédia, ils ne pouvaient pas changer ma chambre car c’était prépayé, il n’y avait pas de service de sutthle à l’arrêt d’autobus juste à l’aéroport même si l’arrêt de bus était plus proche. La propreté laissait à désirer et personne n’est venu faire ma chambre pendant le séjour

I had reached out repeatedly re: our room situation. This was a trip that we were surprising my husband for his 50th. I had filled out a form with all itinerary and names, and asked for rooms to be charged to my provided cc. I was repeatedly assured it was handled. However when my daughter and her husband arrived they wouldn’t let them check in due to difference in last names.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Stephen. I'm sorry that you faced inconveniences during your stay. It is never our intention to cause you any degree of turmoil. After investigating the reservations that you booked through this 3rd party, it has come to my attention that the names of the additional guests were never imputed into the system that we use to check our guests in. This is beyond our control as you booked through a 3rd party. I assure you that my staff was genuinely following the rules. Hopefully this speed bump doesn't prevent you from coming back in the future. If you do stay again, please reach out to the property so we can ensure that all is well on our side. Take care!

Dominic was very helpful. We checked out at 3:30a.m. Shortly after, our flight was cancelled. he sent a shuttle to pick us up at 4a.m. And we were back on our room by 4:30. Thank you for your help Dominic!

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. Overall everything was good. The box spring was visibly stained and not sure that the top cover blanket was fresh. Pool had debris in it. Also toilet bowl ran and ran until you opened up the top and fixed it. Room was pretty clean. Breakfast was a plus!! Thank you!

The hotel was close to the airport and offered shuttle service even for late flights. All we had to do was call once we arrived and the shuttle was sent over. (it was midnight too!) The room was very spacious and was nice to have a microwave and fridge (it was VERY cold too). The room was comfortable and clean. The daily breakfast was good just wish they offered a meat option like bacon or sausage and not just the sausage gravy that was available. Other than that, it was a really good stay. The only pro is the food in the pantry - it was overpriced.

Its always easy to checknin and out and staff is present and awesome. Hotel rooms need to be updated and/or cleaned better. Our blankets had stains and towels were very old, not that I do but you would not want to walk barefoot in the room.

It was a fine stay. Clean and convenient. Staff was fine but busy talking to one another when we came and the morning person never said a word and I walked in and out loading car several times. Would like access to ice water in lobby, but appreciated coffee!
