Their attention to detail and rapid responses were excellent! We ended up staying a few extra nights and they were so accommodating. The house is not on a fancy street but it is in a very safe area of tampa. This VRBO house had the nicest front lawn and hedges on the entire street. Once you get inside the house and its fun backyard it is everything that you could want. Clean, organized, comfortable beds, private backyard with a fantastic hot tub. The pool is not heated, so be prepared for that. We knew this was the case and were just fine with using the hot tub only. Great little putting green. We wound stay here again. The outdoor space was a highlight—well-kept pool, hot tub, and beautifully maintained property. The house was thoughtfully set up for a family, with plenty of amenities that made our vacation comfortable and stress-free.The decor was clean and minimalist, and we appreciated the abundance of towels, shower essentials, blankets, and pillows. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall setup made us feel right at home.The pool and hot tub were cleaned and maintained twice a week, which kept everything in great shape. Nate, the pool guy, was super friendly and gave us some excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants.Stephanie, the host, was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. When the original grill wasn’t working well, she and Kevin from the property management team quickly provided a new one—great service!The home is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area. Close location with easy access to everything we planned doing while on vacation. A few items could use attention...better grill with a drip pan will help for future.
