The Space

Main Floor: Living room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed, dining room with seating for 6 and a walk-out patio, large kitchen, a second dining area with seating for 6, laundry room, family room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed and walk-out patio, a bunk room with memory foam mattresses that can comfortably sleep 5 kids or adults with smart TV and an attached bathroom, and a large primary suite with private office space, smart TV, private walk-out patio, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

2nd Floor: Two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a smart TV in each, and a full bathroom.

Exterior: Fully enclosed, extra deep HEATED pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, a roll-away pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, barstools and food counter with pass-thru windows to the kitchen, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Outside of the lanai is a conversational patio set on the private primary patio, and a huge fenced yard for your kids or pets to enjoy, there’s even a tree swing!

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, with your own unique front door and security system pin code. All other codes will be disabled during your stay. There are security cameras on the front exterior, the doorbell, and the pool.

House Rules:
• A security deposit hold of $500 must be paid 2 days prior to check-in
• A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in
• Photo ID must be uploaded for CC holder / signing guest before check-in
• Pet fee of $175 per pet per stay required. Max 2 pets.
