Equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. smart TV! Our studio is within a centrally located residential neighborhood in the heart of tampa. An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

It smelled horrible We walked in and walked right back out and had to accommodations! Up until we complained we received no feedback from the owner.we had to get a hotel . I still haven't heard back from the owner for rereimbursement

Good location, bad experience
We rented this Studio for 3 days, and we used it for 2 because we couldn't stand being there any longer. The noise from the air conditioning was infernal, we couldn't sleep the whole night, and the toilet was disgusting, every time you flush it the water jumped up and splashed the toilet seat. Disgusting. And last day the exclusive parking spot was taken by anothr car.We are not rent it again.

The Verena Suite was very clean and comfortable. The location was central to many restaurants and entertainment venues. Maria was always quick to respond and great to work with.

Near airport, nice host, loud AC
Convenient to the airport, super nice host, small room with large shared outdoor space. Everything that mattered was clean - bed, toilet, shower, but oddly shelves seemed dusty. The main issue was the AC unit was so loud we couldn't leave it on to sleep. Luckily it was Spring and the host provided a very nice fan so it was comfortable.

Overall experience
I stayed a few nights for my 21st birthday and my stay was great. Overall can’t really complain, the place was small but worth it for the price. My room had a mini fridge with a small spot to keep stuff frozen, microwave, small place to eat, tv, a shower with soap and water. The backyard is nice and the commutation was on point. Only small complaint was that the only place to get drinking water is from the sink, and they have soap bars that work fine but they’re small so you might want to bring your own.

I've stayed at this property 6 times in 6 weeks. It's a quite, secluded space in a neighborhood close to a whole lot of good places to eat. Always felt safe and communicating with the owner was prompt. She never took more than 5 min to text back. I would highly recommend this space for a couple or individual.

Good for cheap short stay
Wonderful communication and easy check in. I wouldn't want to stay for more than a quick night though. Bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows were terrible. Shower water doesn't get more than luke warm ever (faucet gets hot) because they have the dial on wrong. Would be a simple fix but until then the shower sucks. Was also very bright all night as a light on the main porch was left on all night.

Review of stay
I loved the location. It was private and quite. The neighborhood is an older one but it was quite. I was close to all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops and the international mall. It was everything I needed. I've stayed at this location before and have already scheduled to stay additional times in the future when I'll be in town.
