Our room was clean and nice. But we had spent the day at the beach and really just wanted hot showers and there was no hot water. The front desk told us to let it run for a long time And it would have hot water but we let it run for a half an hour and never got any. There was also a rip in our sheets. And the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.

The room smelled so musty and it was so damp that our clothes in our bags that we never took out smelled like it. There was cobwebs hanging from underneath the beds. Corners in the bathroom and the lamps were filthy. There were stains all over the carpet. Thankfully, we only had to be there for 8 hours.Otherwise I would have gotten another hotel room.

Found blood on the carpet, pills under the bed and a huge cockroach when we checked in. We checked right out after that and they said they will still charge us for that night! Oh and also people pan handling in the parking lot. I guess I better do more research before I book a place!

The rooms need updates. But mostly it was very humid inside the room. All our clothes were damped. I understand it’s Florida, I live in Florida but when you have AC running in your room, you shouldn’t have the humidity effect. Other than that everyone was nice, and the area was good.

The girl at the front desk was nice when we checked in but ypu could hardly tell who was staff as there wasnt anyone particular dress code for some. I messaged the property while there for a concert about some concerns. I only ever got back we will respond shortly, these I will address below. Overall one elevator really seems like it needs to be checked it jerks really bad and even after door opened it will still move. The carpets in the hallway are super thick, old and make it feel musty. The halls are also very warm. Now onto the room. The bathroom caulk is cracking, the water is backwards for hot and cold and the ring around the handle just spins. When to do get to hot, its really more like lukewarm. The most disturbing part for my husband and I seemed to be what appeared to be blood on the ceiling, drops on the wall, on lampshade, on the sheet. We did get new sheets he took off a cart in the hall. Hotel was packed due to the concert. Breakfast was as expected and clean that staff was phenomenal. The pool was nice and clean but the hot tub was a little murky. Don't think I would rebook here.

Jennifer was an absolute gem during our entire stay! We have already made plans to come back next year and stay at this hotel because of how wonderful she was. The breakfast was your typical continental but was available until 10am, checkout was 12pm so that was nice and the pool is great because it gets plenty of sun.

Everything was average til I washed up and had to sleep with wet hair. When I realized the hairdryer didn’t work, I called the front desk and asked for another one. She said she would call housekeeping but never got back to me. Some half hour later I called back and she said she forgot to call me back but didn’t have another hairdryer to give me. Overall it’s was average. But I couldn’t leave a better review because of the no attempt to assist me with wet hair.

The hotel room was a little dirty, there was noticeable dirt specs on the bathroom floor/in shower as well. The caulking in shower was chipped and looked like water damage. The towels smelled weird. The water in the shower was cold. The staff was nice. The lobby area was noticeably untidy the windows were covered in fingerprints. The side door did not work with key so we could only enter the front desk area. I have been to other locations from this company and this one was a disappointment.
