The original population was mostly composed of Cuban and Spanish immigrants so the influence is still strong in Ybor. Only a 3 minute walk, and your right at the steps of one of the most historic restaurants in Tampa, The Columbia. We are excited to welcome you to Tampa. You chose a location rich with history, music, food and night life, so bienvenido!(Welcome!) The space The building is located in the industrial area just steps away from the heart of Ybor. This commercial building has been renovated into micro apartments with the future plans for a storefront. The buildings exterior is still under construction and we apologize as the Florida's tropical weather has delayed projects several times. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me. Other things to note Free parking on premises. Outside of building is under renovation for a building front facelift. We are mindful of guest so when work is being done, all work stops at 5pm. Please only access the front entrance during this time. The room was so small. This room is very small for even 2 people. The bathroom is a small closet and there is a shower, sink and toilet in it. You can’t shower and get out of the shower with the door closed since there isn’t enough space between the vented closet door and the sink. The room was clean but I still would not go in the shower without shower shoes. There wasn’t any body wash, no wash cloths, and only 2 towels.They ask you to take out your own garbage and straighten up the room yourself. Not that you leave it filthy, but they make you put dirty towels in a certain spot, take out the garbage, etc. There are approximately 8 or 9 rooms in this small building. Also… the walls are paper thin and everyone can hear everything. Even all the other rooms snoring and couples hotel room activities. The lights kept turning themselves off and on the entire time. It was fine for a quick one night stay but definitely not worth the price we paid for it. They also contacted you to remind you that 10 am is check out, the TV says checkout is 11 am (which makes it confusing) but then they text you at 10 to make sure you’ve checked out already. I have no idea how this property has a 10/10 rating. I rate this a 3/10 would not recommend. ##### Myranda C.
