A perfect balance between suburban serenity and urban convenience in this historic Tampa neighborhood. Central air, Roku, strong Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and snacks included. Quiet, safe and private. Easy self-check-in. Perfect for business travel or vacationer. Walk to Hillsborough River, Garden Center, and all the Florida Ave hotspots. 5 min to Zoo Tampa, 10 min drive to Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Raymond James-Buccaneers Stadium, Florida State Fairgrounds and Amphitheater, Riverwalk and Tampa Airport. A short 35-minute drive to St. Pete, Clearwater and the nation's best beaches. No formal kitchen, but there is a fridge, microwave and toaster. We also provide plates, cups and utensils. This is a standalone carriage house in our backyard. It is above our garage that we only use for storage.
