One hour prior to check in. After 4 hours on the phone with Vrbo we were finally able to find a place to stay for my family and I. RENTER BEWARE! ##### Chris G. First, we had to wait for the entry code that was supposed to be sent at 2 PM. We were getting a bit nervous after calling/texting with no response. The owner replied via Vrbo at around 5 PM with the code and instructions on how to find the place. When we arrived at the suite, we were shocked to realize someone else had already been staying there. This was evident by the amount of dirty clothes on the floor, the overall state of the space, and the fact that the TV was on. We ran out of there after snapping a picture for proof. We left a voice message, and the owner contacted me a few hours later with an apology and assurance that we would be refunded our money. We opened a claim with Vrbo and are currently waiting for a resolution. The experience was stressful and disappointing, so we do not recommend this property. ##### Maria D.
