Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience Waterfront condo with gorgeous views of the breathtakingly blue, crystal waters of Tampa Bay, this fourth floor 1 BR/ 1 BA suite provides you with an escape to a Tropical Serenity. With one queen sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate 4 guests, featuring a full kitchen and full bath. Full kitchen, large dining area & living room. Friendly staff at the Welcome center and guard shack & restaurant. Negatives: the coat rack fell off the wall as soon as we entered. The bedroom extremely small with very little storage space. The ironing board inside the closet did not retract and took up a lot of space. The kitchen dishwasher smelled horrible, even after going through a cycle. There were no dish towels or potholders to remove hot food from the oven, the batteries in the remote for the living room were dead so we had to remove them from room to room. These may seem like small things, but it’s the little things that make the stay more comfortable. The people upstairs were hooting and hollering at 3:45 a.m. Out of 5 nights, we got maybe 1 good night of sleep (and we wear foam earplugs).
