It’s about 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa and is known for its tree-lined streets and mix of nearby shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences. A short drive will take you to places like the Florida Aquarium, local dining spots, or the Tampa Riverwalk, where you can enjoy views along the water. If you’re looking to shop or catch a movie, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood and has a food court, a large theater, and plenty of well-known stores. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. The community pool and other shared amenities are managed solely by the community. We do not control their operation, maintenance, cleaning schedule, or availability. Access is subject to the community’s rules and they may occasionally be closed for maintenance or other reasons. Check-Out: Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300. Self-Catering Home: This is a self-catering property, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. The place has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that was accurate. It’s on the 3rd floor of stairs. The beds have no headboards as pictured. The living room wasn’t even close to the picture.
