Whether you're cooking a delicious meal, enjoying a morning coffee from the Nespresso machine, or simply relaxing on the comfortable sofa, every moment is designed for comfort and tranquility. Step outside to soak in the serene surroundings or make use of the property’s outdoor seating and dining areas while taking in the panoramic views of the city and sea. Three Pines Tiny Home is perfectly positioned to explore Mount Tamborine’s attractions, including Gallery Walk, Glow Worm Caves, Witches Falls walking tracks, and local wineries. With onsite parking and all essential amenities provided, this secluded sanctuary is the ultimate getaway for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to escape into nature without sacrificing style or convenience. Key Stay Information: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Bunk (child size only) This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund. After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use.
