Previous time was probably 5 years ago and we were very disappointed in our stay on this occasion. The fire place is no longer a fireplace and has very little heat coming out of it and there is a plastic remote to operate it. The airconditioning was set on timer so it the middle of night heating has gone off and its freezing in the room. The breakfast you receive is very basic. The furnishings had holes in them. For quite an expensive stay it wasnt worth it and we probably wont return. The breakfast was a little disappointing. They don’t service your room until you stay three nights. Stands out they are trying to save money, breakfast was very poor, you get more breakfast at mcdonalds. Needs updating. Their are also no views as advertised. Fireplace and just as a required backup ( aircon) , the GORGOUS comfy bed and of course the spa bath all added to our wonderful experience. We always call to this relaxing retreat in winter and so the times here are always cosy and cute. The BREAKY basket left at your door was spot on with cereals, juice, quich and toast and jams was a delight.
