Reserve online or contact us for more information. This second-level condo features a spacious balcony, with plenty of outdoor seating. Professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability. The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. The resort pool is amazing for kids and adults, swim up bar was well staffed, quick and easy for drinks and food. The condo was as advertised, clean and made for a great home base for the trip. The only complaint is similar to other reviews, the 6 industrial A/C units right below the balcony were constantly running and extremely loud well on the patio. Made it tough to enjoy the amazing view. Would be helpful if there was some sort of sound barrier put on the one side of the patio to help suppress the noise. You did get use to it over time. It would not stop us from renting this condo again but if another unit was available I would go with that just for this reason. ##### Brendon H. It's decorated very nice and clean. The kitchen is big and the a/c works great. It’s in a great location, across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Only downside; it has two very small and old tvs, one in the living room and one in the double bedroom. But, the wifi works great. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is a bit bumpy. The pool area was nice, but didn’t have many lounge chairs with shade/umbrellas. There’s plenty of parking and lots of security guards all over the property. Although we did not cook very much the kitchen was fully stocked. The condo is in the perfect location for beach, pool, restaurants and bars. We felt safe the whole time. There was even a chubby kitty that would come visit us often. We loved it! Iguanas and howler monkeys were also alway around. Check in was easy and the property manager was responsive. Overall a wonderful stay. You can't hear them from the inside, but if you want enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping coffee outside in the morning, you will only here the industrial a/c units running. Besides that, the condo was spotless, well stocked for your stay, and the location is in the heart of Tamarindo. You'll have access to an amazing pool right outside, but not the main Diria hotel pool. You can rent umbrellas and beach chairs in front of the hotel from a third party and the hotel bar is open to all. ##### Elliott R. Property was as advertised and in immaculate shape! We had a family of 3, but this could easily and comfortably sleep more. The property management company was great and easy to communicate with! The condo was beautiful, location was walking distance to everything you could want (bars, restaurants, markets, grocery stores, shopping... etc). The property was secure, staff was helpful.. we had a quick issue with the air conditioning due to a breaker being flipped but the staff and Rebecca were quick and prompt with a resolution - fixed within hours!
