Here at Casa de Almendro, our aim is to give you a luxurious hotel feel in a private home setting. We can provide housekeeping services Monday through Saturday for an additional of $50 daily (9am - 12pm). You can also include breakfast preparation for a total of $85 daily (7am - 12pm). (no groceries included)

Beach Access: As part of the Hacienda Pinilla community, you have access to pristine beaches where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and a variety of water activities.
Recreational Facilities: The community offers a range of amenities, including a golf course, tennis courts, and scenic walking trails, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property. Please make sure to include the total number of guests in your booking to receive an accurate quote.

There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community. If you plan to bring a big group to have a party, or large event, or make excessive noise, please reserve another property as the noise will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.***
