L’établissement était proche de la plage bien situé mais les toilettes et les chambres n’étaient pas propre, pas de rangement et très bruyant. La nourriture n’était pas fraîche , je trouve ça dommage car cette endroit nous montre sur le site que le selina est très bien mais jai vue d’autres selina et c’est le seule qui m’a déplu et nous avons vécu des situations comme l’eau de l’air conditionner a couler sur le lit, les murs étaient pas propre,l’odeur de moisissure était présente , toilette toujours bouché bref très déçu et on as payé cher notre semaine, ca ne vos pas ce prix .

L’emplacement est bien. Mais la propreté laisse vraiment à désiré. Pas de savon à main dans les salles de bain, wifi ne se rendait pas dans notre chambre, il manquait la moitié des choses sur le menu pour déjeuner et la musique qui jouait à pleine tête de 8h le matin jusqu’au soir. Le séjour était quand même assez dispendieux donc on s’attendait à un minimum, mais ce fut très décevant.

L’état quand à la propreté est passable mais sans plus. Le personnel de la réception est très jovial, il en est tout autre pour ceux du restaurent. La localisation et la piscine sont appréciables.

Hostel tres bien situé a tamarindo, belle ambiance mais les chambres sans A/C sont tres tres petites et sans fenetre, le personnel donne trop d'importance a la consommation sur place (peu pas manger sa propre nourriture la ou il y a l'ambiance) mais bel endroit pas trop cher

While the staff was very friendly, the location convenient, the private suite was beautiful and I enjoyed the night market activity and welcome drinks, there were several issues during my stay. In five days, my room was only cleaned once and they left a dirty rag on my nightstand. There was no gas in the ovens to cook, the TV didn't work, there was a mini bar menu but no mini bar, there was a coffee machine in my room but no coffee, I asked twice to have the light and tap fixed in my bathroom and nothing happened. The kitchen was missing several things like sharp knives, cutting boards, pens and stickers to label food, no "free" food section which is very common in hostels, basics like oil and pepper. Also, I asked for information on an activity and never heard back. At checkout, they said I hadn't paid when I already had. This is a party hostel and pretty loud so great if you're a social butterfly, otherwise not so much. It was a shame so many things went wrong! Not sure I would recommend.

Insatisfeita, ao chegarmos não haviam toalhas no quarto e nos reportamos ao funcionário, que nos informou que não haviam toalhas limpas, somente no outro dia, tive toalhas de banho. Mas isso não foi tudo, no quarto a central de ar condicionado não tinha controle remoto,dessa forma a central não diminuía ou aumentava a temperatura, bem como não era desligada. Apenas no último dia, conseguiram achar um controle compatível com a central de ar condicionado. O hotel tem uma tendência mais para o público jovem, então se você gosta de sossego, não é um ambiente favorável.

A few disappointments. It's a hostel and you have to hide or walk far to smoke a cigarette or drink a beer. The restaurant is very costy and they don't allow us to sit by the pool with our own food or drinks. Bathrooms were not so clean and our room in 4 days was never cleaned.

Arrived to the property with one booking for 4 nights, initially they couldn't find our booking but turns out that they had overbooked the rooms. We ended up having to move rooms nearly every day - and were initially expected to spend the time between check out and check in without a room, until we had a stern word with management that this was unacceptable. Reception staff and management made out that they were doing us a favour by finding us a room and blaming us for booking through Expedia - we did suggest that perhaps they shouldn't list the hotel on Expedia if they don't want people to book through this website.... The bar/restaurant staff were amazing though!!

Estar em um hostel foi uma delícia para conhecer pessoas. A área comum também é bem gostosa. Nos divertimos muito. A cama do nosso quarto foi realmente pouco confortável, pois apresentava o centro bem deprimido o que nos deixou com dor nas costas em todos os dias que ficamos lá. Além do quarto para um casal ser bem pequeno. O banheiro compartilhado não tivémos problema com o uso.

Small rooms, low quality. Wouldn't recommend
I was expecting a lot more from Selina, a chain which I like a lot. The room was a tiny caravan, the staff was not welcoming, the check-in was super slow, and the breakfast was not good. The atmosphere was good, and the hot water was fine. I wouldn't recommend.

Bad experience
The rooms were small. the shower flooded the bedroom. the receptionist didn’t do anything except bring extra towels. we didn’t get any kind of compensation and all of our things got wet. When we checked out we told them about everything that happened but they didn’t care.

This property is still in the works , the room I got wasn’t the one in the pic posted on . So felt deceived . The staff is wonderful . It would be nice if they would inform the residents before they turn off the water for hours some days .

Me hospede por 3 noches, en ninguno de esos dias hubo limpieza de habitación. Los baños compartidos no los limpian en la noche, aún cuando otros huéspedes les dan un mal uso cómo orinar en el piso y dejar papel higiénico usado en el piso.

En general todo muy bueno. Lo único malo para mencionar es la cocina que estaba muy mala, muy poco espacio para clientes, por lo general estaba sucia, con ollas con comida de dias anteriores etc.. Por otro lado en la habitación 210 que estuvimos no había nada de wifi, cero señal. El resto todo muy bien, limpio y cómodo :)
