Casa Pua , just 1 km from Tamarindo beach. The villa offers a private pool in a quiet gated community. Enjoy peace, privacy, and easy access to town. The beach is a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. Perfect for a relaxing stay.  
The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates one family or a small group of friends.  
  
\* Villa Pua and Villa Tahi are neighboring properties that can be rented together, accommodating eight people.

The common spaces are thoughtfully designed to provide a sense of openness and comfort.  
The living area is spacious, with cozy furnishings that invite you to kick back and relax.  
The inside living area includes one big, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a bar with seating on the island.  
The large living room section may be fully opened to face the pool.  
One of the highlights of this vacation rental home is the outdoor-covered terrace, which features excellent lounge seating. The outdoor dining area has a 7-foot-long dining table that comfortably seats eight people.  
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest room has two separate beds that may be made into a king-size bed.
