We were in Tamarindo for only 2 nights and boy was this the best place to book. For exactly what we needed. The location is perfect. Beyond safe and secure. Shaded parking. But the communication and service for all individuals is what made it the best. Really well appointed space. Super new and allowed us to be outside of all the traffic yet close to all the good places. Will be back for sure

The property was fairly new but the location is near a crossroads and it is quite noisy. The internet was pretty slow. The wash basin and the kitchen sink were clogged and after complaints it became better, but the water still drained slowly.

The worst place I've ever stayed in my travels. Packs of feral dogs in the street along the hotel barking ALL NIGHT. We didn't get a solid hour of sleep our first night. I had reserved for 2 nights but cancelled the morning after the first night. They refused to refund, even though I had video evidence. The pictures make it look like luxury but this new build is trash. Now I'm out $300 for one lost night of sleep and another I didn't stay. This place gives Costa Rican hospitality a terrible name. RUN!!
