It was like our own little resort. There were 5 couples that have travelled together for over 10 years and we loved this house. You could all gather together in the kitchen, great room, outdoor patio yet still have your privacy in your bedroom suite. Ishmael and Lourdes take care of the property and they were simply wonderful and so kind! I wish I could live here. If you are looking for a beautiful house with privacy, an amazing pool, and your private beach, look no further. The house is built in a way that everyone has their own area for peace and quite. The main living area and kitchen are wide open and perfect for eating or relaxing. The pool area has tons of tables and chairs perfect for eating or relaxing. The pool is huge and beautiful. There is an outdoor BBQ area with a small refrigerator. If you want to get a workout in while in vacation, the gym has everything you could possibly need. The air conditioners work better than any other property I have ever rented in Costa Rica. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could need. The staff is amazing and helpful. Lourdes and Ismael kept the place spotless for us and answered every question we had and addressed all of our needs. Mariam was at our beck and call throughout our stay and made all of our arrangements for us so we could relax and enjoy our vacation. I am always skeptical renting on the internet. I was pleasantly relived to find that everything that was advertised was exactly as stated if not better. I will stay at Casa Serena again as soon as possible.
