2-star classified apartment, located 90m from the sea (République Beach), in the commune of Talmont St Hilaire, renowned for its typical oyster farming village of La Guittière (Payré Estuary, classified natural site), and its castle (Richard the Lionheart)   
  
The accommodation is one of the closest to Veillon Beach, approximately 500m (one of the most beautiful beaches in Vendée), accessible via walking trails (forest or coastal), cycling paths also available, everything can be done on foot.

The Bourgenay marina and local shops are a 15-minute walk away via pedestrian paths.
