Individual house located in a quiet and highly sought-after neighbourhood of the typical oyster farming village of La Guittière, situated 2 minutes from the oyster parks and its wild beach (Payré Estuary, classified natural site). The accommodation is located 3 minutes from the commune of TALMONT SAINT HILAIRE, 10 minutes from the Bourgenay Marina, the Jard sur Mer marina and nautical sports beaches: Surf - Kite Surf - Sand Yachting...   
  
Come and discover the magnificent Veillon beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in Vendée) and its lagoon located 5km away with possible access via the marsh cycle paths in 15 minutes (departure from the foot of the house).
