Belles piscines et plages, chambre literie très confortable, propreté impeccable, fitness très petit vu la taille de l'hôtel et manque de matériels, manque de rangements dans les chambres pour les vêtements. Manque d'informations de la part de la réception, séjour de 2 semaines en couple sans enfants, lieu magique pour les couchés de soleil avec plusieurs restaurants et bars le long de la plage

Nous avons passé 4 nuits exceptionnelles au Méridien de Khao Lak. Notre chambre vue sur la piscine était magnifique, le petit déjeuner est vraiment digne de ce qu'on attend en réservant dans ce type d'établissement (grand choix de mets salés mais également sucrés) Les 3 piscines de l'établissement sont vraiment belles et bien entretenues. L'hôtel dispose également de sa plage privée très appréciable. N'hésitez pas à tester les restaurants de l'hôtel où la nourriture y est également très bonne. Mention spéciale pour l'équipe de l'établissement qui a été au top durant notre séjour, notamment en nous aidant dans la procédure du test and go et en nous aidant à réserver notre 2eme test PCR à l'hôpital le plus proche puis en nous communiquant les résultats. C'était un plaisir de commencer notre séjour à Khao Lak.

Fabulous Resort
Spotlessly clean, grounds beautifully maintained. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed in family room, which was huge and had 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges and very big comfy beds. The pools are lovely and always plenty of beds and space. We really enjoyed our stay.

My son’s wedding 24/1/24) was beautiful at hotel. Food& drinks were amazing. Only negative was the lift, very slow and crowded due to number of guests that came for a wedding the weekend I was leaving.

Nice resort for young families
Good Hotel for families with small children. But it’s a long way from the action if you are seeking excitement. Would not stay here again for that reason.

Very big resort with fantastic 3 different pool areas and quiet beach with plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are well maintained and mostly in good shape. We had a problem with our first room because it had strong smell of mold. Staff in the reception was very kind and helpful and they did their very best to find another room for us which was much appreciated as my spouse and I are both allergic to mold. Finally, the 4th room that we checked had a fresh and healthy air. We booked "all-inclusive" which turned to be a "destination unlocked"- package. This means that addition to buffet breakfast, you can have 1-course lunch 3-course dinner in one of the 3 restaurants (or dinner buffet in Nest- restaurant). Beverages incl. selection of alcoholic drinks & coctails are included daily between 12:00 - 22:00. However, there are additional costs for several dishes & drinks - even you have paid for the package. Food was very good in general. Unfortunately, Le Scoop (coffee house & gelateria) is excluded from the package. There were some parts that did not reflect to hotels 5-star status in our opinion. For example, some of the staff in the Beach Grill were not aware of their daily "special menus", so we had to explain the waitress about their dinner specialities that we heard from another waitress during our lunch. Cleaning of the corridoors in accommodation blocks could be better as the same death bugs were lying there for days. All in all, it was a pleasant 7 days for us.

I can not say a bad word about the property or staff. Both were fantastic. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life and want a place to relax. The Le Meridien is the answer. Relaxing pools, hotel set on the beach and a pool bar or beach bar to have a quiet one or two drinks at.

Thank you Team Le Meridien .Our families hotel stay was just perfect.The location was quiet with a handful of local shops and authentic fishing houses a short stroll outside the gates.we felt very safe walking around there. The beach was just stunning, with warm sea water, the beach was so clean and no noisy motorised jet ski’s were to be seen or heard (unlike some resorts). Just pure tranquility. Our swim up pool access room was beautiful and modern.plenty of wardrobe space and the bath was huge as was the shower. We went all inclusive and certainly didn’t regret it. We dined from all of the on site restaurants and loved the vast choices and quality of meals. Drinks were plentiful and again had plenty of variety.Just to mention breakfast was just a credit to this hotel thank you.the staff were very attentive, engaging and a pleasure to meet. The fire show put on as entertainment was incredible too. To sum this hotel up in one word ‘Magical’. Thank you and we will return.
