Chère Hélène, merci d'avoir pris le temps d'évaluer votre séjour chez nous. Nous sommes désolés que votre famille n'ait pas eu une expérience parfaite lors de leur visite. Nous sommes conscients de ces difficultés et nous avons pris des mesures pour y remédier dans toutes nos chambres en ajoutant plus de cintres, de placards et d'autres espaces de rangement. Nous avons également installé de nouvelles douches avec portes qui seront terminées cette année. Je suis désolée d'apprendre qu'il n'y a pas de lits supplémentaires pour les enfants - c'est un problème dans de nombreux hôtels en Thaïlande pour des raisons de sécurité, mais je suis heureuse de vous dire que nous avons trouvé une solution ! Toutes nos chambres sont désormais équipées de lits superposés pliables afin que les familles puissent dormir ensemble sans craindre de tomber ou d'être en danger sur le sol. Si nous pouvons faire autre chose, n'hésitez pas à nous le demander !

We also appreciate you loved our facilities and the cleanliness of our hotel.Therefore we are disappointed to read based on the hotel being busy that you left us a less than positive review. Yes the area of Khao Lak is in high season with guests coming to enjoy the stunning beaches and tropical setting of Bangsak so regrettably the high season period is what seemed to discourage you. After learning you concern direct and that you required a location more suited for your needs, we did reimburse you for the nights that you had booked, therefore allowing you to check out early despite your booking being non-refundable through Expedia. We regret that you didn’t enjoy the seasonality of Khao Lak, the same as our other guests, so perhaps low season would better suits your future travel plans. Vi arbejder i øjeblikket på et nyt vandbehandlingssystem og vil snart installere det for at løse dette problem. Vi er også ved at se på at tilføje flere møbler rundt omkring på resortet samt opgradere nogle af vores værelser med nyere møblering. Kvaliteten af vores indkvartering er noget, vi tager meget alvorligt her på Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak, så du skal vide, at disse problemer er blevet noteret og vil blive løst snarest!
