« A recommander chaudement ! Cet hôtel est superbe. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, surtout pour le Japon ! Elles sont aussi insonorisées. Et que dire du spa... trop bien ! Eau a plus de 37 ºC, vu sur les Alpes et la ville. Le seul point négatif, s'il faut en trouver un, c'est qu'il faut être intégralement nu pour accéder aux bains (Femmes et hommes séparés bien sûr !) »

« Un séjour fantastique dans un endroit magnifique, décoré avec énormément de goût dans l’esprit wabi-sabi. Si vous cherchez le calme, la sérénité, la poésie, c’est ici qu’il faut venir. Les onsen sont parfaits avec de grandes fenêtres ouvertes sur la forêt. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits dans ce ryokan. La chambre était très confortable et le onsen etait très bien. Le personnel a été très accueillant et au petit soin pour nous conseiller des restaurants ou s'occuper de l'envoi de nos bagages. Le petit-déjeuner japonais était excellent et différent chaque jour. L'hotel prête de très beaux yukatas le temps du séjour."
