The room is clean, however, the restroom has no door and the shower is poorly design, the shower curtain can barely stop water from leaking out and make the bath room floor very wet.

The staff was incredible and helpful and amazing. However the property is extremely out dated and my room did not match the photos that were on the orbitz website. The my room peronally smelled very bad. Staff was great and willing to help but I was not able to move rooms. Hallway on the 9th floor did smell of cigarettes.

The website photos show very nice and looks new, but when we arrived saw it so disproportionated, one of double two bed room the carpet was really really dirty and smells awful even wall paper and bathroom have mold, doesn’t worthy this price to stayed there, it was very bad experienced in all my trips, I hope they can improve it

Disappointing experience

Terrible experience. The front desk woman was abrasive and unhelpful. The place was as advertised, but still a let down compared to the pictures. However, it is close to a night market and within a 5-10 minute walk of two MRT stops.

Did not stay as the hotel looked dramatically different than advertised. It was also filthy and stank of cigarette smoke, making it impossible to have a truly non-smoking room. Requesting a full refund.

Terrible receptionist service. Apparently the receptionist was the manager. If a person like her can be a manager, I am very skeptical about the top-down culture of this hotel. The hotel and tourism industry is obligated to give good travel experience to travellers. We are providing income revenue to the destination country and the entire eco-system that follows. Such bad service is zero-tolerance. Never book this hotel.

這次是住806，一進房間，房間很熱，冷氣一開聲音超大聲，剛開始向櫃檯反應，先生有教我如何使用，結果想說外出買個東西，冷氣應該會涼一點，結果還是沒有，我繼續向櫃檯反應是否能換一間房間給我，這次是一個阿姨，她竟然說沒有房間了，雖然有給我一隻電扇，不過整晚房間又悶又濕，真的感覺很差。

位於小巷子內的老舊大樓8樓，但房間空間算大，挺乾靜舒適的，隔音效果不錯，沒有聽到隔璧的聲音，而且還有免治馬桶，小缺點是熱水溫度比較難調，總體而言cp值還算蠻高。

トイレと風呂がとても気になるが、それ以外は良好

ベッドメイキングはバッチリでした。 泊まった部屋のトイレにはウォシュレットがあったのですが、便座の暖め機能以外は稼働しておらず、トイレ自体も一度では流れきらないことがありました。 バスタブはカランとシャワーの切替ができるのですが、カランにしてもシャワー側に少し湯が行ってしまいました。 部屋自体はとても清潔で、観光夜市へのアクセスもしやすいです。細かい点をどうにかすれば、とても良いホテルといえます。

在巷弄中住家旅店混合區，地點接近觀光夜市，四週交通便利，房內設施基本上都有，窗戶隔音很好，但浴室內部淋浴空間的蓮蓬頭和蓮蓬頭座其實可以改善，這樣可方便淋浴使用。
