Apparently the receptionist was the manager. If a person like her can be a manager, I am very skeptical about the top-down culture of this hotel. The hotel and tourism industry is obligated to give good travel experience to travellers. We are providing income revenue to the destination country and the entire eco-system that follows. Such bad service is zero-tolerance.
