The check in time is extremely strict and I wasn’t allowed to check in 20 min before their check in time, which isn’t usually a big deal in most hotels… I mean, 20 min… really? They offered to hold my luggage but they do not put it away in a room or a closet, they just leave it sitting in the middle of the lobby for anyone to take. Not a great first impression. Elevator is slower than Christmas, the hallway carpets desperately need to be redone, and the shower temperature fluctuates uncomfortably. There is a strong musty smell and the room looks very outdated. This is NOT 3 star hotel. It’s like staying at a motel. Booked for 5 nights, checked out after 2 nights. Property refused to refund the unused nights. Stayed at a different 3 star property and the difference is astounding.
