Loved the private bath in the hotel room. Also liked the public spa and hot spring. Wished the opening times were 24 hours though. The reception area on level 6 is not so appealing. Would prefer the reception area on the ground floor. I had the dinner and breakfast included. I expected Japanese dinner but instead it was western which was okay. Loved the breakfast buffet, it was so high quality. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort.
