This is a rare spacious 3 bedroom apartment, in the heart of Taipei, across the street from Daan MRT, an easy reach to most of Taipei's landmarks and shopping. Located in Daan District, one of the most desirable in Taipei for visitors and locals. Our space is an modern older building with 24hr security guard mixed business and residential. We can only operate with help from our neighbors, mostly families who live here, we can only accept guests that are understanding and respectful to our community.  
  
Perfect for those who want to live in the most desirable area of Taipei! This updated spacious 1900sq. ft 150 sq meters, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: can accommodate up to 6 people (4 beds total). Perfect for a family or a group of friends. Kitchen with western amenities, newly furnished.

We don't expect or want you to make large meals if you're staying for a short period to keep the place nice for future guests.

NOTE: This is a 1.5 million USD apt. Our well-to-do neighbors want accountability for what we do, plz don't ask for more than 6 people. We're looking for people that want to live comfortably with our community that don't want too much traffic into the community. It's not suited for people looking to save money by packing people in, sneaking in extra guests, partying, or having local family and friends come over as visitors. Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected. Please take note of local daily renting laws in Taiwan before booking with us. We only can accept guests that are accepting of this.

#### Awesome experience

We did a longer term stay in this apartment and we have to say the location was fantastic with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were just minutes from the Da'an MRT to take us anywhere we wanted to go. There was also a bus stop just outside or you could hail a taxi very easily. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. David was super easy to communicate with via Line. If there was anything we needed he was pretty quick in responding. He was also really helpful during our planning process of the trip in providing information and suggestions. We got regular cleanings which was also super efficient and fairly inexpensive. The only couple of things I would mention are the internet was spotty at times (not sure if it was due to work being done) and the kitchen has only 1 stove top which took a while to heat, so don't be expecting to cook too much. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!
