Takes a long time for the hot/cold water to stabilize. - Breakfast has a lot of choices, unfortunately, it is not delicate enough (similar to a local street buffet for a low budget type). The buns are not soft but taste stale. - The sauna/hot-spring room has very few people (no one there when I came in). I was very comfortable, and things mostly worked well. The room was fairly spacious, which I appreciated. It was a quick taxi ride to National Taiwan University, and centrally located for exploring the Da'an and Xinyi districts. The 7-11 right next door added to its convenience, and there are also restaurants within walking distance. The staff was always helpful and kind.
