The first night was rough since we had an issue with a bad odor coming from the bathroom drain. We immediately let the front desk know and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. This property has an outstanding customer service, quick to respond and they provide water bottles and snacks in the lobby. The area is close to everything and surprisingly quiet. Front desk also printed out my visa to Vietnam for free. The room is new & clean. Location is wonderful, able to access to many places. The famous NingXia Night market was just downstairs the hotel. Safe for a solo traveller. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They allowed me check in early to get some rest and accommodated a mate check out too. Everything was easy, even though I didn't speak the language. Plus they had amazing amenities like the heated mirror, good water pressure and beauty light.
