The room did come with a window but it was fully covered by a metal plate outside, so I feel scammed. I approach the front desk to ask for a room change, but he said the hotel is fully booked and that’s the only available room. We kept our blinds closed for our entire stay, as we do not want to stare at a the extremely uncleaned glass window and metal plate. The hot water supply during shower fluctuates…. While you’re showering the water suddenly becomes cold for a few minutes and return to like warm, then cold again.. very unpleasant.
