Could not fault this hotel. All staff so friendly & helpful. Our 1st room was near elevator & we heard a constant thump. Staff were very appologetic & we were moved to a different room the next day which was quiet. Room is huge & incredible. Bed was super comfortable & the warm pool was very relaxing. Large beautiful bathroom with great amenities replaced twice daily. Excellent double shower,smart toilet & cedar tub. Belon was excellent for breakfast & dinner. The only issue was the egg station- some days the eggs were pre-made so not very good. Indoor pool & outdoor pool for Banyan Tree guests only were both great.
