The Annex is cosy with the open plan downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs.. Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview Smart TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Dishwasher Separate Toilet. First Floor: Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, No Toilet. Electric Radiator heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. External games room: With pool table, table tennis and darts board. Washing machine and tumbme dryer and boot room shared with Owner. Garden with barbecue. Grounds (shared with the other property on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Electric vehicle charging point (for emergency use only).
