Beds were hard which made things uncomfortable. Parking is a shared lot with public parking which made it hard to find a spot when we arrived around 3PM. Staff were very friendly and helpful which was a plus. There is a park in front of the hotels with a lot of trees and various flowers. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Furthermore, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location wise it is perfect as it is situated close by Sogo Shopping Mall and the National Science Museum. Need to do some minor touch up in the room and public area in order to keep up with other hotels. But it is in a great location with green walkways everywhere. Reasons room rate. Check in time wasn’t flexible and not enough seats in the lobby causing inconvenience. Otherwise, it was an ok hotel.
