The open living space features a striking rustic fireplace, comfortable seating, and access to a sunny deck overlooking the lawn. The fully updated kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, with granite countertops, a large center island, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a wine fridge. A spacious dining area offers multiple seating options, while a downstairs game room with ping pong and corn-hole adds extra fun. The home also includes a large garage with interior access and plenty of room for ski and outdoor gear storage. Set on a generous lot in the desirable Dollar Point neighborhood, the property features a grassy yard, multiple sunny decks, a patio hot tub, and a gas grill for relaxed outdoor living. Just minutes from Tahoe City, this home is close to local favorite beaches like Skylandia Beach, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and year-round outdoor recreation. Skiing at Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood Mountain Resort is just a short drive away, making this an ideal base for experiencing the best of North Lake Tahoe. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe • Check-out is at 10 am. • Like all of our homes, this property is VERY firmly non-smoking anywhere on the property lines. \*Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control. IMPORTANT: On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: •Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. The house was in a great location everything was very clean. Loved that the teenagers got the lower level to have their own space. We used shovels and made a mini sled hill in the yard and dig out a big snow pile and made a snow cave! The kitchen was awesome. Had everything you needed. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner in the house. Only complaint was we struggled to get football on their tV luckily I brought my Apple TV and got it to stream! Well stocked and everything was labeled. It was cold outside but never in the house. Very clean and comfortable. The ping pong table was utilized quite a bit. Close to amenities but quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this house to everyone and look forward to staying again in the future. ##### Josh T. The layout is great for a family because the kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. The bedrooms were perfect for us with one having bunk beds. The house was exceptionally clean, well-equipped kitchen, and everything was top quality. For us, we prefer the chill nature of N. Lake Tahoe, so the location was excellent! And the peak-a-boo lake views from the sunroom was the best! The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and the little town near by so cute and convenient. We cannot wait to stay here again! ##### Jennifer T. We also enjoyed how well the house is equipped. Aside from all the things noted in the house description - superbly equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms etc. - many other conveniences were provided. For example, 2 comfortable desk areas, an HDMI cable already connected to the TV for laptops, loads of USB charging points and supplies of aluminum foil and plastic bags so useful for food storage. There were also great items which we did not get to use, like table tennis and 2 bikes. In short, this was the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. It was also great to have access to the 2-car garage which is so neat and tidy that I got some reminders about our garage! We also loved all the helpful labels. So much better than trying to work out which light switches operate which light then having to remember the same. The location is great too. Far enough from Tahoe City but not too far. We would stay here agin if the opportunity arose. ##### Mick S.
