A "great room" with river rock wood burning fireplace(firewood included) 65-inch LED Smart TV with multichannel sound system, Blu Ray DVD, with Apple TV, great for entertaining a large group. The newly remodeled large front deck features a gas BBQ and new patio furniture with ample seating, there is even a filtered view of the lake. Two bedrooms downstairs share the common bathroom with granite countertops, one room has a king-size bed the other has two twins. Upstairs the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with new granite countertops. There is a little reading nook at the top of the stairs. The dormitory room sleeps up to 6 with a queen-size bed and four twins, it also has its own large bathroom with new granite countertops. All linens and towels are provided. There is wifi at the house and a washer and dryer. The driveway is very large and can hold up to 4 cars. You will be at ease knowing the house is complete with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Easy access to bike paths and great hiking and mountain biking trails. Short drive to Tahoe City with great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee. Please contact us for more details. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. It’s located about 3 miles east of Tahoe city so if you need to run to the store it’s quick and easy. The development has a swimming pool, tennis courts and a private beach with a pier for summer activities. And it’s only 15 or 20 minutes from Squaw, Alpine, Homewood and Northstar. The cabin has a versatile floor plan and well-supplied kitchen. The open floor plan downstairs has a good-sized living room (with a large flat-screen TV), a dining area (we’ve squeezed 12 people around the table at times), and the kitchen (open to the other shared spaces so you’re not excluded from the fun if you’re cooking). There are two master suites upstairs – one of which sleeps 6 and is great for kids or teens. There are two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. We appreciate that mattresses are comfortable! It’s clear that the owners maintain the house conscientiously, and we look forward to many more good times at this house!" I will say the property management did rip us off on our deposit. We were charged extra for cleaning bed sheets. Not extra bed sheets just the ones that are on the beds. We removed them per the books instructions and then were charged for cleaning them. Nothing extra. The property management does not care they will charge you no matter what. I would only rent this cabin again if the property management changed. I will never rent from vacation tahoe "O'neal associates again ##### Sarah T. And it didn’t work the first 2 days despite contacting the property management who insisted that we just follow the direction which stated not to touch the connections. After hours of trying and two days with no TV we finally decided to check the connections…. And sure enough a critical connection was disconnected. The property management did not offer any type of compensation for this. On top of this the cabin is outdated and far from lifts. Then they had the nerve to try to tell us that a sheet was damaged and that pillow cases were missing. We took nothing and damaged nothing. They are also charging way beyond what the raggedy old low quality sheets are worth as well. I am appalled by the treatment as well as outright and utter completely unfounded and impossible missing pillow cases and ruined sheets. I also asked how were they ruined with no specific information provided. I do not recommend this property or any other offered by this management company. ##### Christine D.
