Located on the edge of downtown Tahoe City, you have quick access to great dining, shopping, and year-round activities! Seasonal access to pool, tennis, and club house. Nicely updated unit with wood-burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area on the main level with sunny deck, gas grill (available in summer). Desk area with wifi for those who can't leave work behind. Bedroom on the main level with Queen bed and ensuite 3/4 bathroom (shower only, no tub). Lofted bedroom upstairs with Queen bed and full bath. Laundry facilities by the entry area. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Downstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Upstairs Loft, Queen Bed Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Our properties do not have air conditioning. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER.
