Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. We require Vacation Rental Accidental Damage Insurance for your reservation. This costs an additional $55\. If you want to satisfy our Accidental Damage Insurance requirement another way, you can reach out to us and opt in for a refundable security deposit of $3,000. Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a grocery store, restaurants and lake access just steps away. Being so close to the beach, I would love to stay here in the summer. You can tell the owners put a lot of care and love into their property. The home has been beautifully recently remodeled and the decor is cheerful, bright and elegant. I especially loved the brand new Kitchenaid appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher). It’s small (especially the bathrooms) but the space is well utilized and has a cozy feel. The king bed downstairs was very comfortable and fit the four of us. We didn’t use the two bedrooms upstairs but they were very cute and would be great for older kids. The property management company is the best one I’ve rented from.
