Situated in a peaceful forested mountain neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation rental places you right in the heart of Lake Tahoe’s natural beauty. The upper-floor main living space greets you with a large L-shaped couch, while the expansive windows fill the room with natural light and offer views of towering pines. Step through sliding doors onto the deck, where comfortable outdoor seating invites you to relax and enjoy the sight of the trees swaying in the breeze. The fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with updated KitchenAid appliances, includes a drip coffee maker and 3 bar stools at the counter for casual bites. Just next to it, a 6-person dining table is perfect for family meals, board games, or simply gathering after a long day. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level. Downstairs, a cozy game room with a wood-burning fireplace and a pull-out queen sofa provides even more space to unwind.  
  
On the upper floor, the master bedroom awaits with a plush king bed, a dedicated workspace for remote work, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. Downstairs, 3 additional bedrooms provide ample comfort and storage, with 2 rooms offering queen beds and the third featuring a luxurious king bed. The shared downstairs bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a dual-sink vanity, a rain shower, and a bathtub for soaking. Outside, fire up the gas BBQ for a family feast at the 8-person outdoor dining table. With access to a private beach, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay surrounded by nature.

This North Lake Tahoe vacation rental is located within the Tahoe Park HOA, granting guests access to the private beach and piers shared with the neighborhood. The well-maintained beach offers ample space for sunbathing, swimming, and playing, along with amenities like restrooms, picnic tables, and BBQ grills. Adjacent to the beach, the park features basketball courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, and more—perfect for warm-weather fun. Nestled in a scenic forest, the home is less than 10 minutes from Tahoe City. A short walk up the street takes you to public access for Paige Meadows, ideal for a family stroll or a mountain adventure along the Tahoe Rim Trail. The renowned Sunnyside Resort is just a 5-minute drive away, where you can enjoy a great meal or rent watercraft. For winter enthusiasts, Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Palisades Tahoe are both within a 15-minute drive, providing access to some of the best slopes in the region.  
  
Getting Around:  
With the home's close proximity to Tahoe City, you can make the short 8-minute drive and use the FREE park-and-ride to reach destinations like Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 just minutes away, it's easy to take day trips to the stunning areas surrounding Tahoe City. Tahoe area public transportation, known as TART, has a stop 1.5 miles from the home at Tahoe Park Ln (Lakeside), with service running every hour. Rideshare services like UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies are also available in the area.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.  
  
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.  
  
Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used.  
  
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
