From local hotspots to hidden gems, nearby public beaches abound on the iconic shores of Lake Tahoe. During ski season, drive 20 minutes to Homewood, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows. LIVING AREA Unwind in the welcoming living area, outfitted with a gas fireplace, 50in TV, and a plush sectional. KITCHEN & DINING The well-appointed and stylish kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the eight-person table. A breakfast bar accommodates four. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. Comfort awaits in the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, a twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 37in TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms each provide a queen bed, while the guest bathroom is fitted with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a king bed, twin-size ottoman sleeper, and a 42in TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination. A half bath offers added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA Relax in the fresh air on two decks. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway are provided. Street parking is not allowed October - May. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). This rental now has HVAC. Please note: Dollar Point community amenities, including the pool, tennis courts, and private beach, are not available to guests. Incredible hiking and mountain biking trails are just a short drive from home. During the ski season, Homewood Mountain Resort, North Star, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows are all less than 20 minutes away. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The front and back decks have outside dining sets, we loved having breakfast on the front deck with a partial lake view. It’s an easy 40 minute downhill walk to the closest public beach, easy 10 minute walk to 7-eleven to re-up on essentials, and very easy drive into Tahoe city.
